Madhukar, the prime accused in Hathras stampede, arrested
Earlier, Devprakash Madhukar, the main accused absconding in the case of stampede during a satsang in Hathras, surrendered in Delhi on Friday night. Supreme Court lawyer AP Singh claimed that Madhukar has been handed over to the Special Investigation Team of UP Police at 10 pm.
